For over two decades, I’ve been researching human performance and helping top organizations worldwide unlock sustainable success.

My journey began as a full-time racing cyclist. I wasn’t the most gifted athlete, but I leveraged cutting-edge technologies and innovative training methods to push my limits. While I didn’t achieve the podiums I dreamed of, I discovered a deeper passion—understanding what drives peak performance—and an intriguing question:

“What does it take to achieve extraordinary performance without sacrificing wellbeing?”

This question drove me to seek out, study, and work with elite performers in both sports and business—from Formula 1 teams to Fortune 500 executives—revealing how the principles of sustainable high performance can unlock extraordinary potential and drive transformative success.

Along the way, I earned a PhD in Performance Science from Loughborough University, ranked #1 globally for Sport, Exercise, and Health Science3, and founded the Knowledge Work Lab, a consultancy that empowers organizations to thrive by enhancing both performance and wellbeing.
